ABOUT KATHRYN

Real estate is more than buying and selling homes — it’s about helping people move through important life changes with confidence and clarity.

I work with buyers and sellers throughout Dundas, Waterdown, Flamborough, Burlington, and surrounding rural communities, guiding them through the process with a calm, thoughtful, and strategic approach.

Whether you’re up-sizing, downsizing, buying your first home, or planning your next chapter, my role is to help you feel informed, supported, and prepared every step of the way.

What is their home really worth in a changing market?

I take pride in helping answer those questions clearly and honestly, so decisions feel manageable instead of overwhelming.

With a background rooted in service and community, I believe communication and trust are just as important as pricing and marketing. I tailor every experience to the client in front of me, while ensuring no detail is overlooked — from preparation and staging to negotiation and closing.

I have a particular passion for helping families and seniors navigate transitions, and I understand the unique considerations that come with rural and lifestyle properties. No two moves are the same, and I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all real estate.

Giving back is also important to me. A portion of every home sale is donated in support of the pediatric initiative with Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice, the Keaton House, and Kemp Cares Foundation - helping support families within our community.

My journey in real estate began at Com/Choice Realty in Dundas. Upon relocating our family to Millgrove, I transitioned to Davenport Realty, which later merged with Realty World, making us the inaugural Realty World branch in Canada. We proudly carry the legacy forward!
